Tony supposedly has a metal plate on the top of his head which has his name on it, as well as the names of his birth parents and his general birth information. According to Tony, the plate is visible to satellites, and the Satellite Man spent 8000 days straight staring at him, with the goal of trying to label Tony with the identity of someone else (presumably on the plate)[1].
According to Tony, his parents put the metal plate on his head when he was little.[2]
