Frances is the grandmother of Ronald Ray[2], who is also deceased. Frances has been mentioned twice to date. Tony once referred to her as "the old lady" and said she showed him some crack pipes left in her home by Ronald Ray.[3] The only other known mention of her, is when Tony claims he went to her house to look at photos, and noticed many photos were missing. This was claimed to be an instance of government harassment.
