Tony is a Hermaphrodite

Tony has somewhat recently to have claimed to be a hermaphrodite — a person with both male and female sexual organs Tony — despite the fact that according to his drivers license and birth certificate, he is a biological male. While Tony has openly discussed what he perceives to be his existence as a hermaphrodite, he has also shared aspects of his life where his gender presentation has been flexible, particularly during his childhood. It's likely that this is a form of gender dysphoria brought about by his schizophrenia, as opposed to a preexisting and lifelong gender dysphoria, since confusion regarding sexual identity is common among schizophrenics.

Overview

Tony has claimed to be a hermaphrodite on multiple occasions starting some time in early 2023, going as far as to request letters addressed to "Mark Ray Hermaphrodite."

He has also gone into detail about the specifics of his genitalia, claiming to have fully functional penis, testes, ovaries, and a vagina. Because he possesses complete sets of both sex organs, he should be able to have babies with himself. To Tony, this is a curse as he clams that the Satellite Man creates illegal babies using his sperm and hermaphrodite eggs. Others have allegedly attempted to steal his sperm to fertilize the eggs of non-hermaphrodites, and Tony refers to these hypothetical illegitimate children as half-hermaphrodites, as opposed to Tony and his family members who are full-hermaphrodites.

He has also claimed in the past that women have been curious about his vagina. He also identifies as a lesbian because of his hermaphrodite status, despite claiming to be "not gay not never" on his YouTube channel.

Tony also claims that his hermaphroditism gives him a protected legal status. As such, he claims that anyone who harasses or harms him will face harsher penalties for committing a crime against a hermaphrodite. Tony seems to be referring to the notion of a "sentence enhancement."

Interestingly, Tony consistently mispronounces the word "hermaphrodite." Although the word is correctly pronounced as "hr-ma-fruh-dite," Tony pronounces the word with an extra syllable at the end, saying "hr-ma-fruh-dite-ee," as one would pronounce the name of the Greek goddess Aphrodite.

Gender Presentation and Dysphoria

Tony Chase has discussed various aspects of his personal life on his YouTube channel, where he goes into his experiences of portraying a female child in performances due to his parents' influence. He recalls:

“	You know, I performed as a - a female child when I was little because, y'know, my mother and father - I'm the only child and I'm a boy. So male gender - you know - so, you know, in reference to points of information, my parents used to call me the little girl when I was little... I performed as a female child when I was a little boy and other movies and TV shows, you know, and the Howdy Duty Show, the Mickey Mouse Club, other TV shows and Hello Munsters productions and other productions.	„

“	Well, my parents, well in reference to my family, 100 plus relatives got murdered in the Holocaust and they were all hermaphrodites Adolf Hitler's people who murdered them and my grandparents were hermaphrodites, my mother and father. Both sides was hermaphrodites. 100% hermaphrodites both sides of the family. That's the only way to get a hermaphrodite. Otherwise they only have, if somebody steals a baby, they'll only have one ovary.	„

Views on Related LGBT Groups

Tony has emphasized that he is not transgender. Whereas a transgender person chooses to identify as the opposite gender, Tony claims that he is simultaneously both genders. He is also differentiated from intersex people in that he claims to have complete sets of both male and female reproductive organs, whereas intersex people have only a partial set of one or both sets of male or female reproductive organs. When asked for his views on nonbinary people, Tony has claimed that he dislikes them generally because they are "fake hermaphrodites."

Menstruation

Tony claims to have a menstrual cycle, and will sometimes claim to be on his period. He has gone as far to purchase feminine hygiene products for himself, and in one video, he is seen with a Kotex pad over his mouth with the apparent intent of blocking satellite lasers. He is also known at one point to have taken an over-the-counter medication called Midol, which is typically used for menstrual cramping. In one instance, Tony uploaded a video from his bathroom which depicted his underwear soiled with diarrhea, which he claimed to be menstrual blood.

His belief of hermaphroditism is a product of his schizophrenia. Ambivalence of sexual identity among schizophrenics is common and well-documented in psychiatric literature. Many theories have been put forward as to why such delusions are so frequent.

“	Schizophrenics may be unsure of what it means to be a man or a woman. Having no clear conception of the ideal, they are constantly unsure of how well their behavior matches up with the expectations prescribed by their relatives, friends, and society. ... The schizophrenic, unable to see himself clearly as male or herself as female, may become overly concerned about occasional homosexual or affectional feelings.	„

As such, it's important to approach this discussion with respect and without stigmatization as it's probably a mix between gender dysphoria and his schizophrenia.
