Sergeant Hill

Sergeant Hill is a police officer or DEA agent who had some sort of adverse interaction with Tony while Tony was living on Summit Street in Indianapolis, IN. The earliest known mention of Sergeant Hill dates back to a 2017 video. Since then, Tony has blamed him for kidnapping him and violating the Royal Protocol, called him a Satellite Controller CIA Nazi, and threatened to enact "UN protocol 1971" and the laws of Eliot Ness to have him executed. Sergeant Hill also allegedly reached out to him to meet him at a Taco Bell to murder him.

This ongoing feud with Sergeant Hill is a key component of Tony's allegations of government persecution, and Hill is regularly mentioned as one of Tony’s primary antagonists in this saga of satellite abuse, kidnapping, and conspiracy. Tony's feud with Sergeant Hill is framed within the larger narrative of his claims of satellite abuse and government interference, further exacerbated by accusations of sexual assault and threats on his life.

Alleged Crimes

Tony has accused Hill of participating in a broader conspiracy against him. In a video from July 2018, Tony claims that Hill damaged his teeth using satellite technology.

Kidnapping Accusation

Tony also recounts an alleged kidnapping incident where Sergeant Hill showed him a photograph, trying to claim it was him:

In one video, Tony claims that Sergeant Hill was associated with Ronald Ray and the Indianapolis Police Department. He suggests that the Ray Family, including Richard Ray, had ties to Hill and were involved in Tony's alleged abduction from California.

Teeth Damage

Fabricated Photograph Incident

Tony has occasionally recounted an event where Hill showed up to Tony's residence with a photograph that Hill alleged to depict Tony. Apparently, Hill insisted that Tony was the person in the photograph, yet Tony adamantly denies this. After Tony denied being the man in the photograph, Tony claims that Hill barged into his house, took more pictures of Tony, and handcuffed him.

He came into the house, came into the front room, and said, "Is this your picture?" And I'm like, "No, that's not my picture." Hill's Motives

Tony believes that Sergeant Hill and other government agents have been targeting him because of his wealth, heritage, and status, alleging that they aim to steal his mother and father's estates. He mentions ongoing satellite-based attacks, specifically citing Hill’s involvement in damaging his face and teeth:

Connection to Ronald Ray

Tony frequently mentions Sergeant Hill alongside Ronald Ray. It is known that Ronald Ray worked either as a police officer or as an informant and that he was murdered in April 2009. It is possible (but unconfirmed) that Hill was assigned to investigate Ronald Ray's death and that his visit to Tony's house was part of his investigation into the murder.
