The Greenfield Document is, according to Tony, a fake birth certificate made by the government in the 80's when he was being held hostage that puts his location of birth in Greenfield, Indiana and assigned him the name Mark Anthony Ray. The point of the document is apparently meant to kidnap him and hold him hostage... somehow.
More likely than not, the Greenfield Document is just Tony's actual birth certificate.
