Sergeant Hill

Sergeant Hill was a police officer that pulled Tony over and gave him a minor infraction some time in 2022. Since then, Tony has blamed him for kidnapping him and violating the Royal Protocol, called him a Satellite Controller CIA Nazi, and threatened to enact "UN protocol 1971" and the laws of Eliot Ness to have him executed.
