Royal Oil Drilling Bits
The Royal Oil Drilling Bits (also referred to by Tony as the metal in his teeth) are miniature drill bits that Tony claims to have inside his mouth. These drill bits were supposedly put inside of Tony's mouth by his parents, at least partly for identification purposes. The drill bits also appear to be family heirlooms, and Tony will sometimes discuss the quality of the metal used in these drill bits. The value of these drill bits have made Tony a target from the Satellite Man, members of the U.S. government, and other bad-faith actors who seek to steal them. However, these drill bits may in fact be fillings, which dentists sometime use to fill cavities.
Background
The Royal Oil Drilling bits seem to be family heirlooms that Tony's parents put in his mouth when Tony was a child. Tony has described having the metal in his teeth during important childhood events, such as when his family vacationed in Europe and when he was in a coma.[1] According to Tony, these drill bits are protected under international law. Tony will sometimes point out the metal used in these drilling bits is a special alloy made by his grandfather.[2]
The drill bits themselves were replicas of drill bits that were used to drill oil wells around the world, and as such, they seem to symbolize the ties Tony's family has with the oil and gas industry.[3]
Tony has claimed that there are supposed to be eight pieces of this metal in his mouth and has also stated that these pieces are distinct from his dental fillings.[4]
Actions of Bad-faith Actors
The U.S. government has supposedly made attempts to steal the metal from Tony's teeth, supposedly with the intent of murdering him and stealing his identity. Also, the government has made a number of absurd claims about the nature of the metal in Tony's teeth, which Tony sometimes addresses in his videos. For instance, the Germans have allegedly claimed to have created the Royal Oil Drilling Bits.[3] Also, the Satellite Man has claimed to own the Royal Oil Drilling Bits.[5]

Evidently, the U.S. government has made accusations that the drill bits are covert listening devices, as Tony will sometimes mention these accusations. Tony vehemently denies that they are listening devices. It is not clear why Tony is concerned with these accusations.

In another video, Tony ranted about how the Satellite Man claimed to have put the metal into Tony's teeth, which baffled Tony because the Satellite Man had frequently called Tony's teeth fake.[6] In yet another video, Tony addressed an accusation that the metal pieces in his teeth were interfering with German technology of some sort.[7]
In one video, Tony emphasized that the drilling bits were not from the Rockefeller family, but it is unknown what prompted Tony to make this statement.[8]
