Tony claims to have diamonds embedded in various parts of his body, including his penis. These were allegedly from his mother and father's personal collection of royal diamonds. They are never to be removed, doing so is a crime punishable by death. Impersonators, government men and various other bad actors have tried to steal these diamonds from Tony's anatomy.

Background

Tony has stated on numerous occasions that the diamonds in his body were put there by his parents in order to protect and corroborate his identity. In particular, it seems that these diamonds were meant to serve the same purpose as the royal oil drilling bits and the metal plate in his head. These diamonds are heirlooms sourced from his parent's and grandparent's private collection, and according to Tony, their total value is over four billion dollars. Tony has emphasized that the diamonds are never to be removed and that his former girlfriends and his supposed illegitimate children are not entitled to them. Tony has also claimed that the diamonds were mined from his grandfather's land. Tony has also alluded to there being other objects inside of his body such as jewels and precious metals.

Tony has mentioned that at least some of the diamonds are located inside of his arms, legs, penis, vagina, and face. The specific location of each diamond however is supposed to be kept secret from the public at large as bad faith actors have allegedly attempted to steal the diamonds before. Nonetheless, Tony claims that people have performed unauthorized X-ray scans of his body with malicious intent in order to steal the diamonds. This conflicts with the fact that diamonds are effectively invisible in X-ray imagery, being comprised entirely of carbon. Official documentation on the location of the diamonds might be part of the Royal Protocol however.

Theft of Diamonds

The high value of the diamonds inside of Tony's body has led to many individuals to either conspire to steal or attempt to steal them from his body. On at least one occasion, he was rendered unconscious by such thieves. On another occasion, Tony claimed that some people had tried to steal fifty diamonds at once. When Tony worked at the Indianapolis International Airport, he was required to be scanned by the TSA, and so, Tony believes that the TSA has access to scans showing the locations of the diamonds. According to Tony, somebody communicated to him that Donald Trump and Barack Obama may have stolen these scans with the intent to steal the diamonds.
