Tony Chase (real name Mark A. Ray, also known as Walter Chase, Robert Ray, and Prince Rockefeller Hughes) is a Jewish-American schizophrenic internet personality who has gained a small cult following on YouTube wherein he regularly and frequently uploads strange, largely unedited, and garrulous rant videos. Paramount among his content is his repeated claim of being harassed by the Government and a mysterious "Satellite Man" with satellite technology. He is also noteworthy for his many other fantastical and dubious claims. For instance, he purports to be a "real hermaphrodite," possessing both male and female reproductive organs, and moreover, he claims that penis is over forty-one inches in length. He has also made absurd and conflicting statements regarding the identity of his parents, claiming that his father is alternately Walt Disney or Howard Hughes and that he has royal status. These claims and his completely unedited and strange posting habits make him an extremely interesting figure.

Tony's publicly available content ranges at least thirteen years and is spread across multiple platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and even Pornhub. The majority of this content revolves around the Satellite Man. The Satellite Man is Tony's primary antagonist with Tony claiming the Satellite man has been trying to laser his teeth, hips, ankles, and identifying birthmarks, among other body parts. Tony has accused that Satellite Man of attacking him in other ways such as causing his cats vomit, making him stutter in videos, tripping him while putting on his pants, stealing his royal inheritance, and many, many more things. tony has even gone as far as various pseudonyms like "Tony Chase", "Walter Chase", and "Little Doris" because he believes his real name, Mark Anthony Ray, is actually an identity the government fraudulently fabricated in the Greenfield Document in order to cheat him out of trillions of dollars of his "royal inheritance," inherited from his "American royalty" parents who allegedly possessed vast amounts of industry, land, and political influence.

Despite his online escapades, Tony has managed to hold jobs briefly and has been generally able to support himself. He has worked various manual labor jobs in the Indianapolis area. He is known to have worked at a truck loading dock from which he was laid off for unknown reasons, although there is evidence his dismissal resulted from failing his Commercial Drivers License test. According to Tony, he failed because a satellite interfered with the truck's power steering.

Precise details of Tony's childhood remain largely unknown, and what is known is questionable at best as Tony is the primary source for this information. However, his personal accounts of these biographical details are extremely warped by his schizophrenia. Tony's recollections of his childhood are most likely a fusion of his actual experiences and his delusions with him likely augmenting holes in his memories with confabulated stories. For example, he may have attended speech therapy, but he seems to have forgotten why and his schizophrenia appears to have influenced him to believe that he needed speech therapy after suffering from a gunshot wound.

In Tony's account, he grew up in Hollywood as a childhood actor (his address history does actually show him as living in an apartment building in West Hollywood at some point) with his royal celebrity parents, who are interchangeably people like Walt Disney, Doris Duke, and Howard R Hughes. He claims that even since he was a child, the Satellite Man and U.S. Government had been lasering him and harassing him ― the harassment reaching an apex when the CIA and various members of the Hate Club list broke into his house, shot him in the face, and murdered his parents. The injuries he sustained were supposedly so severe that they necessitated speech therapy. He believes that he was then kidnapped from California and held hostage in Indiana for a period of time in the 80's, when he would've been between nine and eighteen years old. He also mentions how he was held hostage in other states including Arkansas, Indiana, New York, and others.

How Tony did in school is mostly unknown, but he made a passing comment about his mother sending the school truancy officer over to his house after he was repeatedly not at school, which does not exactly bode well to his academic performance. Nonetheless, Tony claims to have gone to Harvard on his Facebook, which is unlikely.

Below is the clip where Tony talks about Ronald Ray, who is his brother. Based on an obituary that mentions Ronald Ray, Robert Ray, and Mark Ray, users on the Kiwifarms determined that Tony's likely actual father is Leslie Arthur Ray of Indianapolis.

In a interview with Robert, it is confirmed tony has 2 brothers and a sister, and was born in Indianapolis. He also mentions that Ronald Ray was shot and killed and was Tony's oldest brother, but there is no evidence to prove that this was due to the satellite man.

Online History

Before RoyalHowardRHughes, Tony's only known social media account is his IMDb account dating back to 2008. Even in 2008, Tony managed to draw attention from online forum users for his absurd ramblings. What's surprising is that, unlike other similar characters, Tony already held most of his core beliefs before launching his YouTube channel.

On January 17, 2010, Tony created his first known YouTube channel, RoyalHowardRHughes, and began regularly uploading content onto it, which now hosts over 200 videos with fewer than 20,000 views. Much like his other channels, this one predominantly revolves around the Satellite Man. His inaugural video, titled "Sun, 17 Jan," features him wearing a strange mask and complaining about the Satellite Man. It's evident that by this time, his head canon had already been established, such as the Satellite Man, his involvement in Royalty, and Government interference.

Eight years later, Tony created his current channel "Tony Chase (I am not gay not never)" on July 22, 2018. It's very possible and likely that he might have created additional accounts during the eight-year interval between RoyalHowardRHughes and Tony Chase (I am not gay not never), but if such accounts have ever existed they have either been somehow deleted or remain yet undiscovered.

Tony made an Instagram in June of 2019 and a second one in December of 2023. Tony created an account on TikTok in early 2019, uploading his first video on April 11 of that year. Tony would make at least two other TikTok accounts with one being made sometime before 2021 and another being made in late 2021. Expectedly, most of his TikTok videos were not as substantive as his videos on YouTube and were mostly short, incomprehensible videos of him talking about or doing random things.

Tony made a Pornhub account dating back to 2021 on which he posted a small amount of adult content. Fortunately, Tony never exposes his alleged 41-incher to the camera, only kneading his hands in his pants, fully dressed, with his cat meowing at him like a weirdo. Despite claiming to be "not gay, not never," he is subscribed to multiple transgender porn channels, such as "Futanari XXX."

Royal Lineage

A recurring theme in Tony’s discourse is his claim of American royal heritage. He insists that he is the son of Doris Duke and Howard R. Hughes, although there is no substantiated evidence whatsoever to support these claims. In fact, Tony's claims are in direct contradiction to Article I, Section 9, of the U.S. Constitution which prohibits the government from granting titles of nobility.

Addressing Tony's mental health, there is an ongoing conversation about the role his schizophrenia plays in his online activity. While it's clear that Tony faces challenges related to his mental health, the portrayal of his condition and his online behavior must be approached with sensitivity and a recognition that individuals with mental health conditions are more often victims than perpetrators of harm.

Drug Use

Tony may be a meth user, according to a small group of his followers. This is evidenced by his exceptionally erratic behavior and degradation of his teeth, which are some effects on long-term meth usage. This claim is dubious, as he has never showed any drugs in his videos, nor has been seen using any.
