Sergeant Hill was a police officer that pulled Tony over and gave him a minor infraction some time in 2022. Since then, Tony has blamed him for kidnapping him and violating the Royal Protocol, called him a Satellite Controller CIA Nazi, and threatened to enact "UN protocol 1971" and the laws of Eliot Ness to have him executed. Sargent Hill also apparently reached out to him to meet him at a Taco Bell to murder him at.
Over the years, Tony’s accusations against Sergeant Hill intensified, with Tony alleging that Hill participated in various forms of abuse, including satellite attacks and dental mutilation. In one particular video from July 2018 titled "20180703-Drug agents and their lies and abuses," Tony accuses Hill of causing damage to his teeth using satellite technology, saying:

Tony also describes an alleged kidnapping by Sergeant Hill, during which Hill showed him a photograph and asked if it was of him. Tony denied the photo was of him, suggesting that it was an attempt to frame or confuse him. Tony claims this kidnapping occurred at his residence, stating:
